Host wine freeze cups is the top selling item by True Brands.

Problem: The original design and mold created a 30% scrap rate as the sonic weld line placement was very weak. On top of the scrap rate issue, the part line on the old design was also in a very visible place.

Solution: Redesign the silhouette of the Host wine freeze cup without changing too much of the original intent to improve the scrap rate. Worked closely with engineers to creatively redesign the mold to move the part line under the silicone band and resurfaced inner body to give the sonic weld area more surface to adhere. Successfully improved the design and lowered the scrap rate and overall cost per unit.

Created the 'Design series' line for the new wine freeze cup bands. Artwork was creates on photoshop and illustrator. Design bands went through multiple iterations to get the correct pattern, color, material, and process.

Neoprene koozie that incorporates True Brand's proprietary cooling gel that will chill any room temperature drink. This sleeve can also unfold into a flat, flexible cold pack that can be tosses into a cooler or lunchbox to keep food or drinks cold during transit.

Explored many print patterns that catered to specific target user groups. Patterns were created in Illustrator, fabrication went through multiple iterations to get the correct pattern, color, material, and process.

Host soft goods line incorporates True Brand's proprietary cooling gel that will chill any room temperature drink. This series includes a cooling tote and backpack that has removeable gel packs. Outer materials uses waterproof durable material, YKK zippers, Nylon hand straps, and waterproof insulated inner liner with multiple pockets and organization for smaller and larger items.
